Duties Of The Altar Doves

1.     They have to set the altar.

2.     They shall make all the necessary preparations for prayers and worship, such a sister needed at the altar.

3.     They shall serve at the altar during prayers and worship.

4.     They shall wash the altar clothes.

5.     They may participate in rendering services and doing works, if necessary and if time is available for that purpose, but their works starts and stops at the altar.

 

The Duties Of The Anointing Doves

1.     They shall be used by the Hosts of Angels and Saints of heaven, through anointing possession and transmigration.

2.     One of their major duties is to observe quiet time and meditation.

3.     The anointing doves may participate in rendering services and doing works, but the ministers of God shall not always expect the anointing doves to join them in rendering services and doing works.

4.     People shall not be sending them on errands any time or any how.

 

Duties Of The Ministers Of God

1.     They shall attend morning, afternoon  and evening prayer, by regular attendance or by duty roster (shift).

2.     They shall pray for the people, either individually or collectively.

3.     They shall give prayers to people, where necessary.

4.     They shall render services and do works in the mission.

5.     They have to be regular and punctual. They should not be lacking in the mission. That means that at every point in time, there must be one or more ministers in the mission.

6.     They shall teach the members and new comers all the processes and procedures – how to do things.

7.     It is their duty to cook saraka.

 

Duties Of The Elders And Mothers

The elders and mothers are not among the ministers of God.

1.     They shall visit the mission, from time to time, at least every evening.

2.     They shall find out the necessary services, provisions, needs or emergencies that need their attention and services.

3.     They shall give advice and teachings.

4.     It is their duty to make peace, maintain peace, ensure peace and love.

5.     They shall endeavour to keep the children of God united, always.

6.     If they notice anything that is going wrong, they shall inform the ministers, who shall in turn inquire from God on what should be done.

 

On many occasions, when people are made elders or mothers, they start to form groups, to cause divisions and discriminations and to oppose and sabotage the leadership. That is why in DivineBase Ministry, before a person shall be made an elder or mother, the person has to be a regular and active member for at least seven years.

It is not the duty of the elders and mothers to give orders, it is not their duty to say what shall be done, it is not their duty to dictate what shall be done, but they are free to offer useful advice.

 

Duties Of The Members

1.     They have to attend prayers and worship, regularly and punctually.

2.     They shall be obedient to do what they are directed to do.

3.     They shall participate in rendering services and doing works, which they are allowed to do.

4.     They shall not render the services or do the works of the anointed ministers of God.

5.     Their major work is evangelism.

6.     They shall spread the Gospel of Truth and Salvation.

7.     They shall tell outsiders about the ministry, so that the outsiders shall follow them to the ministry to do what God said. They shall go outside and tell the outsiders about this church called DivineBase Ministry, about testimonies and about what God is doing here in the ministry.

8.     They have to tell their family members, neighbours, associates, colleagues, mates, partners and masses.

9.     They shall spread the teachings of the DivineBase Ministry to the outsiders.

10.   It is their duty to bring in more and more new members.

11.   They shall ensure discipline.

12.   They shall learn, master and follow due processes and procedures.

13.   They shall always conduct themselves as people who are very well trained.

14.   They shall make various contributions that are necessary.

15.   They shall bring gifts and offerings to the house of God.

 

 

General Duties

These are the duties for everybody to participate in.

1.     Attendance to Fourthday, Sixthday and Sabbath prayers and worship.

2.     Attendance to midnight prayers.

3.     It is a general duty to bring in more and more new members.

4.     They shall always conduct themselves as people who are very well trained.

5.     They shall make various contributions that are necessary.

6.     They shall bring gifts and offerings to the house of God.

7.     They shall avoid and prevent anything that will bring shame and disgrace to the DivineBase Ministry.

8.     They shall come with their books and pens.

 

Duties Of The Choristers

1.     They shall sing praises and hymns during prayers and worship.

2.     They shall lead the congregation in singing during prayers and worship.

3.     They shall compose new songs.

4.     They shall compile all the songs and hymns used for prayers and worship.

5.     They shall teach the congregation both old and new songs.

6.     They shall give corrections on singing, songs and hymns, where necessary.

Duties Of Foreigners

Their duties include asking questions to get convincing answers. It also their duty to spread the goods news of the great and glorious works of God to all the nations of the world, so that the children of God, wherever they are, can join in worshipping God in spirit and in truth.

 

Duties Of The General Public

The general public are the new comers, visitors, probable members and non-performing ministers of God, who have being demoted. They include the people spoken to by the members, who come to the church to see, learn or investigate.

 

1.     They have to ask questions, to get correct answers.

2.     They shall come with their books and pens.

3.     It is their duty to obey the instructions given to them.

4.     They shall ask or explanations on issues confusing them, and on what they have heard about the ministry, which information or statement needs confirmation, explanations or teachings.
